Doosan Bobcat North America has continued its support of STEM-related education and research by awarding nine $1,000 scholarships to students enrolled at North Dakota and Minnesota colleges and technical schools.
Students receiving the scholarships are studying science, technology, engineering and mathematics at Minnesota State Community and Technical College – Moorhead (M State), North Dakota State College of Science (NDSCS), and Bismarck State College (BSC).

- Elysee Mahangama; Decatur, Georgia; Robotic Auto Mechatronics, NDSCS
- Cole Solem; Beulah, North Dakota; Instrumentation and Control Technology, BSC
- Alex Braun-Szarkowski; Bismarck, North Dakota; Welding, BSC
- Peyton Walker; Jamestown, North Dakota; Network Administration and Security, M State
Doosan Bobcat is focused on increasing interest in STEM studies at all educational levels — elementary, middle school, high school and college — through grants, in-class participation, production facility tours/field trips and scholarship programs. STEM-related educational and research areas help generate community progress and fuel innovation, which is the very foundation of Doosan Bobcat. These STEM programs are fundamental to the company’s continued growth and success.
