Doosan log loaders offer heavy-duty features to help you pick, move and place heavy timber. Robust hydraulic cylinders and booms easily pick up fallen trees. High and wide undercarriages provide excellent stability while operating over rough terrain, and heavy-duty guards protect key components.
Fuel-Saving Power Modes
Doosan log loaders feature an Electronic Power Optimizing System (EPOS) to maximize machine productivity and optimize fuel consumption. The EPOS connects the log loader’s hydraulic system and engine controls via a data transfer link, and has four power modes.
- Power+ Mode for faster workgroup speeds and greater productivity during harsh conditions
- Power Mode for faster cycle times and heavy-duty work requirements
- Standard Mode for optimized fuel consumption and general working conditions
- Economy Mode for reduced fuel consumption in reduced demand applications
Doosan Log Loaders: Always Ready
Built to Withstand Rugged Conditions
Doosan designs log loaders for durability in the most challenging work environments. The upper structure features a reinforced mainframe, integral catwalks and heavy-duty side doors. The cab has a 4 ft. riser and for transporting, hydraulic tilt. Guarding on the upper structure protects key components and access points, including hydraulic and cooling system access doors, the cab, hydraulic cylinders and undercarriage.
Doosan also offers an optional side-entry forestry cab that is certified for Oregon OSHA and British Columbia WCB standards. The optional cab features polycarbonate front, side and rear windows, additional guarding on the front window and a rear secondary exit.
Log loaders also feature a high and wide undercarriage, which makes traversing over stumps easier. Tracks feature heavy-duty links with double grouser shoes and full-length track guiding guards. Doosan also incorporates special clean-out brackets with the top rollers to reduce the risk of materials becoming lodged inside.
Easily Accessible Service Points
Doosan log loaders offer extended maintenance intervals and easy access to service points, which increases machine uptime and operator productivity. Maintenance features include:
- Centralized grease points
- Wide side-access doors
- Boom pivot bushings with 250-hour greasing intervals
- Large-capacity engine-air precleaner that removes more than 99 percent of airborne particles and extends filter cartridge service life

More Comfort Advantages Than Ever
When you’re comfortable, you’re productive. That’s why Doosan log loaders feature an all-weather steel cab with a reclining suspension seat that adjusts to your height and weight. The seat also features adjustable head and arm rests. To reduce fatigue caused by engine noise, Doosan also incorporated sound-suppression technology into the cab.
Like the seat, the joystick controls adjust to match your preference. The controls can move up and down for more ergonomic operation, which reduces operator fatigue. Operators can quickly change from ISO to BHL control patterns using the pattern change valve.
A multi-function color LCD display shows a variety of machine information, including operation history, flow rate control and filter/oil information. This display also receives video from the rear-facing camera or optional, side-mounted camera.
